SPACE TO MEASURE is an architectural design office founded in 2026 by Bosheng Gan (b. 1985), and is based in Oslo, Norway.

We approach each project as a unique collaboration, guided by three principles:

• A coherent concept, tailored for the project’s specific conditions and ambitions
• A willingness to question established approaches and ambition to innovate in some aspect every project
• A sustainable, rational and efficient approach to the complexities of present-day building

We follow the projects through every stage of design, detailing and construction, and embrace all tools, technology and methods to achieve the maximum architectural effect within the means of each project.

Through previous work, we have contributed to the design of some of Norway’s most renowned and award-winning buildings, ranging from art installations of 20 m² to public buildings exceeding 20,000 m². It encompasses sustainable and zero-emission projects, new methods of prefabrication and production, and urban transformation involving heritage buildings.
